The organizer must ensure that they eat a &lt;i&gt;well balanced diet&lt;/i&gt;. &lt;i&gt;Nutrients&lt;/i&gt; are very important to the body as:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1)It enriches the body.&lt;br /&gt;2)Repair damaged cells.&lt;br /&gt;3)Keep us warm.&lt;br /&gt;4)Provides us with energy for working.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Going deeper...&lt;br /&gt;It also include:&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;i&gt;Carbohydrate&lt;/i&gt; = Provide energy, Aid digestion&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;u&gt;Fats&lt;/u&gt; = Provide energy, Keep us warm&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;i&gt;Proteins&lt;/i&gt; = Build the body, repair worn-out parts of the body.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;u&gt;Vitamins&lt;/u&gt; = Protect the body against diseases&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;i&gt;Minerals&lt;/i&gt; = Help the body to function properly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is our &lt;i&gt;suggestion&lt;/i&gt; for the daily meals of the athletics:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Breakfast&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Sandwiches with meats, cheese or egg fillings (rich carbohydrate food).&lt;br /&gt;-300 ml of cow’s milk(10g protein).&lt;br /&gt;-1 fruit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Lunch&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Sports drinks (providing fluid and carbohydrate during a  after exercise).&lt;br /&gt;-200 g baked beans (10g protein).&lt;br /&gt;-Canned tuna or salmon on crackers or rice cakes (rich carbohydrate food).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Dinner&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Meat / fish / chicken stir-fries served with rice.&lt;br /&gt;or noodles (rich carbohydrate food).&lt;br /&gt;-200 g yoghurt (10g protein).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Other useful tips:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Sleep 8 hours a night. This meant taking part in a blend of sport, art, educational and cultural activities. This &lt;a href="http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/philosophy"&gt;philosophy&lt;/a&gt; was celebrated through the Olympic Games, a festival involving athletes, scholars and artists from many cultural fields. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Modern Olympism&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Olympic Movement is established in &lt;B&gt;1894&lt;/b&gt; by &lt;B&gt;Frenchman Pierre de Coubertin&lt;/b&gt; ; the &lt;b&gt;father of modern olympism&lt;/b&gt;. He modernised ancient Greek ideals and launched them to the rest of the world through the process of a modern Olympic Games.
